Dan is responsible for researching trending areas of complex litigation. He supports WIT’s sales team by generating case leads and forecasting burgeoning legal trends.

Before joining WIT, Dan worked as a law clerk in three major branches of legal practice: litigation, transactions, and appellate. He holds a J.D. degree from SMU’s Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University.

For fun, Dan reads and writes about the law, culture, and modern political thought. He also participates in marathons, triathlons, and Ironman events. Dan also never turns down an offer for a round of golf.
