Biography

Paul is the CEO of WIT, an expert witness agency representing the world’s leading consulting and testifying experts. As CEO, Paul guides the direction of the agency, including new business initiatives and investor relations. He leads the executive team, oversees business strategies for WIT’s key initiatives and core practice areas, and ensures that WIT maintains its reputation for excellence and innovation.

Paul has been a consulting and testifying expert for more than 20 years and has testified in state and federal courts, in arbitrations, and before governmental agencies.  He has testified in several notable cases, including United States v. Rigas (Adelphia Communications) and Da Silva Moore v. Publicis Groupe, et al. (the seminal case regarding the use of predictive coding technologies).  Paul has advised lawyers and their clients in criminal and civil cases for 30 years.

Paul is the Chairman & CEO of DOAR, Inc., the nation’s leading trial consulting company and WIT’s parent company. He is also a member of the board of trustees of The New York Foundling, a nonprofit organization focused on supporting under-served communities and improving the lives of their residents with programs including child welfare, developmental disabilities, education, health and behavioral health, and juvenile and criminal justice, among others. 

Paul has an amazing wife and two awesome kids, Jordan and Pauly. He enjoys quad Americanos, listening to hip-hop music, and wearing logoed t-shirts.
