Biography

As the Director of Business Development, Jeff engages with WIT’s clients to fully understand their expert witness needs on a wide range of litigation matters and advises them on WIT’s leading consulting and testifying experts.

Jeff received a J.D. degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, graduating as part of the Business Honors Concentration. He is currently licensed to practice law in New York State and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Jeff is well-acquainted with operations at the ITC. He acts as WIT’s ITC Practice Chair, using his knowledge and appreciation for this specialized venue to help fulfill our client’s needs by engaging source code experts, economists, domestic industry insiders, and a wide range of technical experts. He understands the types of proceedings conducted by the International Trade Commission, including Section 337 investigations.

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys being a dad, perfecting his pickleball game, and rooting for his favorite sports teams: the Knicks, Mets, Giants, Rangers, and of course, THE Ohio State Buckeyes.
